Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers purchases made directly on www.angela-trade.com, including card payments through our checkout platform and cryptocurrency payments sent to our wallet address. Purchases made through other platforms follow the return policy published there.

2. EU, EEA, and UK customers: statutory withdrawal right

If you live in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This right applies regardless of your payment method.

At checkout, you choose to waive this right and request immediate access. If you check that box, you agree to give up your 14-day withdrawal right once you access the Telegram channel or receive your first signal.

If you do not check that box, you keep your 14-day withdrawal right and request a full refund during that period.

3. Customers outside the EU, EEA, and UK

You request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase date, if you have not accessed the private Telegram channel.

4. Monthly subscription refunds

Your first payment is refundable under the terms above. Renewal charges are not refundable. Each renewal grants immediate access to that billing period. Cancel any time to stop future renewals.

5. Lifetime access refunds

EU, EEA, and UK customers: refundable within 14 days, unless you waived this right at checkout. If you waived it, refunds apply only within 48 hours of purchase, and only if you used less than 48 hours of Telegram channel access.

All other customers: refundable within 7 days of purchase, and only if you used less than 48 hours of Telegram channel access.

After these windows, all Lifetime sales are final.

6. Crypto payment refunds

Crypto payments carry no built-in reversal mechanism. If your refund request qualifies under this policy, we send the refund in the same cryptocurrency and the same amount you originally sent, to the wallet address you provide.

We do not refund the fiat equivalent value at the time of the request. Price movement between your payment date and your refund date is not compensated in either direction.

You provide your original transaction ID (TXID) and a valid receiving wallet address with every crypto refund request. Refunds sent to an incorrect address you provide are not our responsibility.

7. Usage tracking

Our Telegram bot records the time you join the private channel and how long you stay active in it. We use this log as proof of access and usage in refund reviews.

8. No refunds for these reasons

• Trading losses or dissatisfaction with signal performance.
• Failure to cancel before a renewal charge.
• Access beyond the usage limits in sections 4 and 5.
• Account termination for violating our Terms and Conditions.

9. How to request a refund

Contact us through the Contact page on this Site. Include your purchase date, payment method, and for crypto payments, your original TXID.
