End User License Agreement

1. Purpose of this agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your license to access and use the trading signals, educational materials, and related content ("Content") provided by Angela Trade ("we", "us", "our") through www.angela-trade.com and our private Telegram community. This EULA supplements our Terms and Conditions and applies to every purchase of Monthly Gold Signals, Lifetime Gold Signals, or any other Angela Trade product, regardless of payment method.

2. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms and Conditions, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, nontransferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Content for your own individual trading education. This license lasts for the duration of your active subscription or, for Lifetime Gold Signals, for as long as your access remains active and in good standing.

3. Ownership

All Content, including trading signals, strategies, educational material, graphics, and any materials shared in our private Telegram channel, remains the exclusive property of Angela Trade. No ownership rights transfer to you under this EULA. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Angela Trade.

4. Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit others to:

  • Copy, screenshot, record, forward, publish, or otherwise reproduce the Content.
  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Content or your access to any third party.
  • Share your personal access, Telegram invite link, or login credentials with anyone else.
  • Use the Content to create a competing product or service.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices contained in the Content.

We track access to our private Telegram channel through our bot. Any detected sharing, redistribution, or multiple-account use is a violation of this EULA.

5. Term and termination

This license starts on your purchase date and continues until your subscription ends, is cancelled, or is terminated. We terminate this license immediately, without refund, if you violate this EULA or our Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you stop using the Content and lose access to the private Telegram channel.

6. No warranty

The Content is provided "as is" for educational purposes only, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in the Content constitutes financial or investment advice. See our Terms and Conditions for our full trading risk disclaimer.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angela Trade is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the Content or your inability to use it.

8. Relationship to other policies

This EULA works together with our Terms and Conditions and our Refund Policy, both published on this Site. In case of conflict specifically regarding license and content usage rights, this EULA governs.

9. Changes to this EULA

We update this EULA at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Content after an update means you accept the changes.
